1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing DomainPortico (https://domainportico.com), browsing available domain listings, or submitting inquiries or acquisition proposals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the Service
DomainPortico is an independent platform showcasing select premium domain names owned and controlled by the portfolio administrator. In Phase 1, listings are presented for direct acquisition or negotiation. DomainPortico is not an accredited registrar; registrar functions and retail renewals are executed through licensed third-party registrars.
3. Domain Pricing & Offers
Asking prices listed on DomainPortico represent current seller valuations and are subject to adjustment prior to the execution of a binding sale agreement. Stated prices are not formal appraisals or financial investment advice. Submission of an offer does not create an obligation until accepted and settled.
4. Transaction Settlement & Transfers
Direct purchases are processed via official Dynadot Pay Links. Ownership transfer is completed exclusively after verified confirmation of fund receipt by the checkout provider or escrow agent. Buyers are responsible for maintaining an active registrar account to receive internal pushes or initiating timely inbound transfers following receipt of an Authorization Code (EPP).
5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Buyers are independently responsible for verifying that their intended commercial application of an acquired domain name does not infringe upon third-party trademarks or proprietary rights in their operating jurisdictions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes arising out of domain acquisitions shall be handled in accordance with the transaction terms established by the relevant settlement registrar or escrow service.
